Super Glue For
A Broken Heart
From heartbreak to healing — science, soul, and the strength to begin again.
Ethics Policy

When you join me for EFT heartbreak coaching membership, I want you to feel safe, respected, and cared for.
This page explains the values and boundaries we work by so you know what to expect and can trust the space we create together.

What We Do
-
We use Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) as a gentle self-help and coaching method to support emotional healing after heartbreak.
-
EFT is not a replacement for counselling, therapy, or medical care. If you ever need more specialised support, we’ll encourage you to reach out to a GP or mental health professional.
How We Work With You
-
Respect & Dignity – Everyone is welcome here, and all feelings are valid.
-
Confidentiality – What you share in sessions or in the community stays private, unless we’re legally required to act for safety reasons.
-
Boundaries – We’ll always keep the coaching relationship professional, kind, and focused on your wellbeing.
-
Choice & Consent – You’re in control. You can pause or stop at any time.
Looking After You
-
If you ever feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or in crisis, we will guide you towards the right professional or emergency help.
-
We do not work with anyone under 18 without parental consent.
-
Safeguarding is a priority: if someone is at risk of harm, we may need to act to protect them.
Feedback & Concerns
I want your experience to be positive. If you have feedback or a concern, please contact us at hello@superglueforabroketheart.com.
I’ll always listen and do my best to resolve things with care.
My promise is simple: to hold a safe, respectful space where you can begin to release heartbreak and move forward with compassion.
